Every First Friday from 9:30 am to 10:15 am
Join Isaac as he leads the group through an exploratory meditation into your inner world using a rattle or drum as a way to access these inner worlds. Bring something to lie on (such as a yoga mat), a pillow if you need, a notebook to write down anything you want to remember from the experience, and a blanket if you think you might need one. It begins with a quick discussion of a potential focus of the session. Then, Isaac will begin rattling or drumming for about 20 minutes. It ends with group discussion of what was experienced, should anyone feel like sharing. 

We believe in the importance of what we do, and we want people to find wholeness no matter what their budget allows. That's why we will be holding two monthly events which people can attend by whatever they are comfortable paying.
