Josh holds a Spirit Circle every 4th Monday

In the Spirit Circle, you’ll sit with Josh Simonds and partake in a guided hypnomeditation to meet your Spirit Guide...or guides. Spirit Guides are incorporeal beings that help us through our day to day life. They have no agenda other than to help us while we are living out this incarnation, nudging and guiding us through life. This one-hour session will include a safe and comfortable space along with a guided session to help bring you to meet your Spirit Guide. Bring a notebook to jot down notes on what you experienced! After the session, the studio space will be open for discussion and unwinding.
