Join long time Reiki practitioner Isaac Vars as he teaches you about Reiki, its history, its practice, and uses.

This day long class will include:
- the history and principles of Reiki
- what Reiki is and how it works
- the human energetic field
- how to do an entire Reiki session for yourself and others
- how Reiki can heal
- the level 1 Reiki attunement
- this is a class with Isaac, so he’ll probably make some tea for the participants, if they’d like

This can be the first step in becoming a professional Reiki practitioner yourself, or it can be a step towards your own healing, or a way to give support to others in your life. This practice can bring vitality, calm, and clarity. It has certainly been an amazing ally to Isaac in his life, and he is excited to share it with all of you.
