Hi! My name is Isaac. Ever since I was a child, growing up in rural Vermont, I would play in the surrounding forests. My brothers and I would build forts, and explore the sprawling woods. As I grew, and began to explore my personal spirituality, the trees and streams took on a different meaning. They became (or, more accurately, I became aware of how they are) gestures of the infinite, keys to the knowledge of something bigger than myself.
My interests in art, nature, and the unseen world of spirit grew through my high school and college years. I learned different ways to redirect the flow of vital energies around us and in objects. I became a Reiki Master. I became an herbalist. I joined a Druid Order. I began apprenticing with shaman Adhi Two Owls.
In a search to create an alchemy of all I learned, I formed Green Mountain Mage. I draw on my converging paths to create amulets, herbal creations, and tools for ritual, shamanic, and otherwise magical work.
Found in the wild mountains of Northeastern Vermont, everything I sell here is handmade at my family farm. Many of the ingredients and materials used in what I sell are grown or wildcrafted here.
Most of the modalities that I have studied focus on healing people, community, and the land. Along with the things that I create to bring more magic into the world, I offer time with clients to facilitate emotional healing and reconnection to their selves. A session with me is different for everyone, as each client is looking for something different.
It can include:
- Shamanic Journeying
- Work with the Rattle or Drum
- Herbal advice
- Ceremony to deal with grief, or trauma
- Energetic clearing
- An ear to listen to your problems, and thoughts on possible solutions
