Living the Life Lumious
If you're someone who has an interest in the spiritual, the metaphysical, or the esoteric (or all of the above!) but really don't know where to start, and would like some hands-on guidance from people who have been there, this is the course for you!
A 9-week interactive online course, taught by Psychic Medium Josh Simonds and Isaac Vars, the Green Mountain Mage, designed to help the beginner walk a path to a more spiritual and magical life. Meant to empower you and help you to create your own solitary practice. You'll have access to guided meditations, documents, and videos throughout the course from Josh & Isaac. To take this class, all you need is an internet connection, and curiosity!

Course Outline
Chapter 1: The Body Spirit - Energetic Body Maintenance
In this class, we'll explore a commonly-used map of the energetic body, including chakras and the aura. We will also discuss grounding, centering, connecting, and energetic hygiene.
Chapter 2: Building the Temple - Creating Altars and Sacred Space
In this class, we'll explore altars as a traditional method to connect in personal, sacred space through the powers and energies of your choice. We'll explore what sacred space means to individuals and groups.
Chapter 3: The Spaces Between - Meditation & Trance
In this class, we'll explore what meditation and trance means, different types of both, and why the exploration of both will help you with your spiritual practice.
Chapter 4: Those Who Came Before - Working with the Ancestors
In this class, we'll explore ancestor veneration, why it’s important in our spiritual and magical practices, and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life. We'll cover how to pray and work with them, as well as how to make offerings to them.
Chapter 5: Pulling From the Deep - Divination
In this class, we'll explore divination, what it is, and how to incorporate it into your practice. We will explore common means of divination, such as runes, Tarot cards, and pendulums.
Chapter 6: Bones of the Earth - Working with Crystals and Stones
In this class, you'll gain an introduction to Crystals and Stones and how to work with them. You'll learn how to purify, cleanse, and charge your crystals, as well as how to bring them into your world as allies.
Chapter 7: Leaf, Root, and Twig - Working with Plants
In this class, we'll focus on our allies in the Green World. We'll cover how to build relationships with plants you work with, as well as different ways to use plants and herbs in your practice.
Chapter 8: The Celestial Wheel - Solar and Lunar Cycles
In this class, we'll focus on working with seasonal and lunar cycles in your lunar practice. We'll cover such timely events as Equinoxes, Solstices, Full Moons, and more.
Chapter 9: Flame & Friend - Working with Candles and Talismans
In our final class, we'll tie everything together in prior classes, learning to embody energy in creation. We'll learn to use candles to release created energetic patterns, as well as herbal sachets and talismans to hold energetic patterns.
