All About Isaac…

Isaac’s first foray into the world of alternative health started with plant identification and tea making when he was 12. He’s come a long way from there when he received his Massage License in New Hampshire in September 2025. He is also a certified herbalist since 2011, and has been a Reiki practitioner since 2008. His practice focuses on therapeutic massage, but his work is informed and integrative with his history of herbalism and Reiki.

What is therapeutic massage?

When I am working on a client, I have their goals in mind. If you are looking for a gentle, relaxing massage, I am happy to oblige. I prefer something a little more focused on pain relief. I would not classify it as deep tissue, but it often is deeper than the normal Swedish massage. If the session is focused on pain relief and increased range of motion, I will most likely be in continual communication with the client, perhaps even having the client engage in specific motions as I work to release those muscles.

Of course, I can also just offer a relaxing, Swedish session. Like I said, the focus is on your goals and what you are looking for.
